Thoughts:

Pros:
1) First off, smells great something with some cherry but its an attractive scent, so it's nice to work with there.

2) The sprayer is phenomenal. Produces a really fine mist, but evenly distributed. I tried best to capture it in the photo below. One stroke of the sprayer is enough for one panel for sure

3) Produces a nice slick shiny surface, I used this after an ONR wash after the car was completely dry. Left a nice surface free of anything but pure shiny goodness. I had a layer of Max Wax down on the car(applied about a month ago) definitely gave a nice good boost.

4) A little goes a long way. I did the entire car, and barely put a dent in the 500ml.

5) Worked well on windows. I have Pinnacle Glass sealant on all my windows and this played well with it surprisingly. Left no streaks, when used with the waffle weave glass towels

6) Didn't stain trim

Cons:

1). Felt really grabby on most wipes. I don't know if it was me, the temperature(80 in so cal at time of application, but was done in the garage on the cars cool surface). But it felt grabby. I'm used to V7, BF Poly Spray and Wolfgang Spritz Sealant , those are not really grabby feeling when I wipe. They wipe slick, if you get what I mean. Finale felt grabby at times. I'm going to give it another chance though, so we'll see.

No other cons as of now. Durability to early to tell, but won't expect much from a detail spray

So in conclusion, would I buy this product and recommend it to others? Honestly the answer is it depends. I'm a big lover of V7 so it's hard for most things to beat that in my eyes, I think this definitely stacks up, but IMO V7 is a tad better. Same goes Poly Spray by Blackfire. They're both a smidge better IMO than AF Finale. However, I am a believer when I detail to "keep things in the family". By that I mean if I am going to detail I'll use all the products for one brand ie Wolfgang FG, Wolfgang PPE, to WGDGPS etc. If I was using an Auto Finesse regimen, such as using Tripple, then Temptation I would indeed use Finale as a boost post wash.

Are some products in my opinion better, yes. But does that mean Finale is a slouch? Absolutely not. I suggest you go for it and try it!

Great review and thanks for taking to time to share. When you say grabby, did you use the a short nap microfiber, just curious? Some quick detailers I got just dont play nice with certain towels, just my 2 cents.

I used the microfiber depicted in the first picture. It's a 360gsm from another detailing outlets. I have used this style towel with my other sprays never had an issue. I am going to try another towel next time to see if that cures the grabby feel I got.

Thanks for the heads up!

It's a spray wax detail spray, so won't be long. 2-3 weeks maybe. :dblthumb2: not that, that's bad, good for what it is but it's not going to become a long lasting LSP. It's a booster, wash topper! :dblthumb2:

I didn't find finale to add any additional gloss or slickness. I think as a drying aid (albeit and expensive one) or as a follow up to a wash to remove water spots it does it's job.

Nice review. Grabby would be a deal breaker for me.

The product has to apply like you don't even feel the MF towel going across the paint in both wet and dry, hot and cold conditions...Like D156 which I have not yet found its equal.

Yeah D156 is awesome but keep in mind its a spray wax and the product being reviewed is a QD. Without looking it up right now does AF have a spray wax, this would be a great product to compare D156 too, along with DG's AW, ofcoarse!

I believe they do. Can't remember the name off the top of my head but I haven't seen it here yet only on their UK website.

Agree Mark, I'm going to give it another #### with a different towel, see how it goes.

This claims to have carnauba infused in it, technically labeled a QD but it has wax in it so....? :dunno:

They also have glisten a detail spray which adds a layer of protection. And then tough coat their spray sealant.

Kinda confused with Finale though because it does say carnauba infused but I noticed no added slickness like other QDs Ive used or even spray waxes for that matter. Maybe it was just me though.

It felt slick for me, but as noted in my review not V7 or Poly Spray slick. I haven't left home after washing and using yesterday, I'll try and take some more glamour shots to give a feel of the look.

Finale has wax incorporated into it so isn't this considered a spray wax? The other product is called glisten it must have just been released recently
