My wife's car must have had bird poop or something on it that eroded the clear. it's about the size of a quarter but keeps spreading. is there a way to stop the spreading and fix this? can it be wet sanded and cleared again?

For best results, the entire panel will need to be repainted.

I saw a video where this guy took some clear coat and spread it on with a towel. Looked OK. Worth a try, as if it is too far gone will need repaint anyway.

You're talkin bout the hack n pack detailer? Lmao I watch some of his videos too!😃 That dude is funnier than hell😂

He did it on a burgundy Saab, right? Then he dyed the seats with what looked like yellow spray paint. Lol.

Ok but please don't come back talking about what a hack the guy is... Because he knows he's a hack. It's the "hack n pack" lol.
I just realized he uses a blower wand as a vacuum claw attachment in this vid too. It's just too funny😂

Repainting the panel is the repair option.
