Ditto - get the GG if available. PC is good for up to medium corrections but it just doesn't have the power to do the heavy lifting. Once I get my extra pads for my FLEX, my PC will only be used for interior, headlights, and applying wax.

Autogeek offers the flex 3401 and PE14 in 230v, however I looked through the other brands and did not find any. You may want to look around locally for what brands you have, the Griots Garage polisher is sold in many different colors and brands in many countries.

The DAS6 Pro is available from a variety of sellers in the UK - from all reports, it's pretty much the same thing as the GG6v2 (the current version, with some external shell changes but still the same motor, is v3, I believe). It'd probably be a better idea to get that instead, so you don't need to mess with transformers/AVRs to convert from 220v to 110v.
