I was curious if you folks could share your expertise with me and help me fill in the gaps in my detailing collection. I already have a few which i'll list below but i would like to expand the collection (polish, pads, wax, everything) so i have enough products to tackle ~75% of all the paint correction/detailing issues i may experience in the future. I'd prefer to stick with Chemical Guys.

* indicates i'll be needing more product soon so a better suggestion is requested.
- indicated a gap in my collection and/or a product i was considering getting.

Currently my collection goes as follows:

Soaps, Cleaners, and Conditioners
*Meguiars Gold Class (I'd like to try Chemical Guys Honey Dew)
*IronX (I'll probably try 1Z Einzsett Colourtech next)
-Looking for a good and inexpensive wheel cleaner (Chemical Guys Diablo?)
Mothers Clay Bar
*Pakshak Formulon 1 all purpose cleaner and Adams all purpose cleaner (looking to try Meguiars D101)
*Adams Interior Detailer (Chemical Guys Innerclean?)
-Looking for an inexpensive leather/vinyl/carpet cleaner for heavily soiled interiors that i can go to town with and not worry about its cost
Leatherique Rejuvenator and Pristine Clean
Optimum No Rinse Car Wash
Two Home Depot 3 gal buckets with Grit Guards
-good value glass cleaner

Brushes, wash mitt, and applicators
Wheel Woolies three pack
Swissvax style boars hair brush
Daytona Wheel brush (bent to clean the back of the spokes)
-perhaps a large boars hair brush for wheel face and general cleaning like pickup beds
Ultra Plush microfiber wash mitt
Lake Country car wash sponge
Meguiars wax applicators
*NoMess tire dressing applicator (its old, looking for another solution)

Polishes, Sealants, Waxes, and Tire Dressing
Menzerna SF4500
-A good one/two compound and polish combo for spot scratch removal, quick correction for old neglected paint, and correction for MB, BMW, GM hard clears (perhaps Meguiars 101/205)
-Meguiars D151 for paint clean up and light correcting ability and protection in one quick step
Menzerna Power Lock
Pinnacle Souveran Paste
Optimum Car Wax
-a quick detail spray or wax that i can spray on after washing while vehicle is still wet and dry and buff in one step for quick wash jobs
Optimum Tire Gel

Polishing Pads
Lake Country Green and Blue
-recommend appropriate pads for the polishes you recommend.

If New Finish is the "Once a Year Car Polish" I bet it could hang with some coatings.

I'd recommend:

Wheel Cleaner: CG Citrus Sticky Wheel Cleaner. As good as or better as Diablo, except:

- 1/2 the price (almost)
- higher dilution ratio
- foams up better and foams through a foaming sprayer (Diablo won't do that)

Carpet / Upholstery Cleaner: Folex.

- $16 a gallon
- you don't have to get it "all out"
- works excellent on all fabrics.
