I'm dealing with some BMW hard paint to remove swirls and scratches.
So I'm wondering if SSR3 will do the trick? I think it's good you can use it in direct sunlight, which is usefull for mobile detailing.
Or should I have to use the Menzerna IP2100, PG4000 or m105
I know M205 does give good results on hard paint, but I'm not sure it will do here? To finish of I use Chemical Guys V38, because I really love the shine it brings out and no dusting. V34 would also be an option I Guess:buffing:

SSR3 is an old-school rocks-in-a-bottle compound, it will leave haze. You'd want to use their Master Cut, if you're buying into the Poorboy's-works-in-the-sun stuff.

thx, I'' change it then, but won't it be to much as the car only has swirls? how about the V34. or menzerna. which would you recommand for this task?

I would use M105 or Menz FG400.

What's your hardware? Which polisher and pads are you using?

Lots of polishes can be used in direct sunlight, including 105/205. Many years ago I used SSR3, but didn't much care for it. Aside from the hazing, I found the working time to be far too short, and the dusting was brutal.

Speaking to your list, I'm still a fan of 105/205, but again, this is just as much a function of what you're using to work the polish.

i'm using a griot 6" and got various pads, so no problem there. If just heard that menzerna seems to do a better job on bmw paint and finishes better. 105 does give more hazing
