from Costco. My non-detail buddy claims their yellow MF cloths are super soft and didn't mar paint. What say you? Feed back please

Probably because he hasn't felt some quality MF towels...
Don't have Costco towels but if I had to compare the MF I have from BJ's versus some of the higher quality MF towels that I do have... night and day... HUGE difference. Now does your paint require the higher quality MF towels? I can't say but my car surely deserves it tho :)

I always hate doing this... but the same threads are popping up all the time... search is your friend.

I have the Costco MF towels and use them for everything except touching the paint. They're great for interior work, door jambs, etc.

most of those bags are sold as seconds or blemishes ... some might be great and others might not. I prefer to stock up with sales and BOGO's and grab towels here.

The MF towels that you can get at the club stores are pretty decent, that is, until you get some really nice MFs, such as the ones offered here. Then, you'll find yourself, like I did, putting your club towels in storage or relegating them to everything you're afraid to use your nice MFs for! I have all four colors of microfibers from Sam's Club that never get used anymore now that I got some nice ones!
