Did a small detail on my new truck this morning. I say small because since it is brand new, there were no corrections to be made. No buffing needed, it was completely swirl free even after going through the automated wash at the dealer. I just needed to give it a bath after driving it for a week and get some protection on it. The Arizona sun is relentless.

Process:
Washed with DP Rinseless wash & gloss
Clayed with Mequires clay bar and DP wash & gloss mixed as a detail spray
Applied Klasse AIO
Applied Klasse Sealer Glaze (one coat)

Normally, I would do 3 coats of sealer glaze with 12hrs cure time in between coats and then top it off with a nice wax as this lasts a very long time. However, this is very time consuming and this is a big vehicle. I felt one coat will do for now and in six months I will probably repeat. Besides I am very busy these days and I have a herniated disc, so detailing has gone to the bottom of my list. Nothing was done to the interior since it is still new. Truck only has 600 miles on right now and my kids haven't ridden in it yet, so we'll see how that goes lol. Now can anyone guess which engine I got? Here are the pics.

Yup, I'm at luke. And yes thats the 3.7 V6. I had no intention on getting one, that is until I drove one. This thing is a little screamer, 0-60 in 7.9 seconds, 302 hp, 23 mpg, in a 5,000 lb truck! I don't haul or tow anything heavy so its the perfect combination of mpg's and power for me. So far I'm 20.1 mpg in the city, got 24 on the highway on the first tank.
