I've seen that before on YouTube. Never tried it.
The 1st car shown in the video looked like a pretty well maintained black car.
The panel on the car he tried the demonstration on did not appear to have the finish of the first car. Just look at the reflection of the blow dryer. This just could be me seeing this.

My wife's Explorer has a few small dents on the hood, I have to try that!!!
