Carpet care

What machines do you guys use for vacuuming and shampooing your carpets/upholstery ? I currently use a 4HP shop vac and a Hoover Dual V for the shampooing, but was wanting to possibly change to something a little more professional. I have a 5 yr old and a 8 yr old so I'm always cleaning up spilled drinks, candies etc.

I just have the Pro heat lil green machine. But that sucker sure cleans up nice.

I use a Craftsman 5hp vacuum along with a little green.
