I have a few things I can't get off of my car and bike.

First this is on my bike.
I washed it and tried to clay it. It doesn't come off but if I use my nail and pick at them, they come off. Any other way?

Next, there is this stuff on my paint. It looks like a scratch in the picture somewhat but it is not. It's above the paint or maybe embedded in the paint. It looks like maybe someone put some super glue on my car or something and it won't come off.
I tried claying it as well and a pressure washer but It won't come off.

Lastly, my wheels have some super caked on brake dust I can't get off.
I used autoglym custom wheel cleaner with a brush and a pressure washer. Soaked it multiple times as well as used automagic "magnificent" wheel cleaner and soaked and pressure washed. It would not come off.

Hummm... not sure what's on your pant. Concrete over spray?
I'd work on one to figure out how to remove them all.
Sanding, compounding or rubber (nano skin)

Rims. polish them. if they painted then use a compound to get the dirt out of it or metal polish for Aluminum/Metal.

For the first two problems you can try a little Scatch X on a soft micro fiber to see if they will lift. The heavy brake dust I would give Wheel Brightener a shot or Iron X paste.

Tried the scratch X and didn't work.
Ended up using some gasoline and it came off.
Washed it really well right after and going to wax and seal it.
