I just passed this vehicle on my way back to Va from Ga. I believe it said karma on the back . Was wonder what make and model it us . It was a four door v12.

Yep. I know for a while these cars were using BMW hardware. Not sure on this one.

Fisker is not bankrupt. Close but not yet. Hurricane Sandy losses were paid back by insurance companies.

That's semantics. What do you call a company that is being negotiated for USD 20 millions when the total initial funding was USD 1.2 billion?
By the way, the current negotiation involves what is called a prepackaged bankruptcy deal.
