Dakota Car Bombs do a good job. I use it like a air freshner. Are they cloth seats? If so just give the car a good spray and close all windows and let it sit for about an hour.

Or if you want to use the whole can just follow the directions on the can and let it sit for 2 hours and air out for 30mins....

I've used the Chemical Guys new car fragrance and like it. Seems like some do, some really don't.

Warning - do not use full strength to saturate a small applicator pad and stick it under your seat. You might get a horrible headache from the intense smell and be forced to drive with your windows open during freezing cold weather.
