I dont want to mix apc as my wife will get out there from time to time and wash the car and I don't want to take a chance on ruining my tires and or rims. So guide me to what I need. Ivam a little scared of using apc straight as I dont want yo damage the tires but if yall have personal experience with one with no issues I might try it. Just need to be able to grab and go.

There is a few things that I do that makes car soap and water sufficient in my opinion.

1. Wax the wheels
2. I use water based dressing on my tires
3. I wash my car at least once in 2 weeks.

Megs APC works fine straight on the tires. Ihaveacamaro posted a video about using the Megs for tire cleaning yesterday I believe.

That's d101 right? That wont be too harsh on the tires will it?

As long as you're not using it weekly on your tires you'll be fine. Use it every few washes to remove the grime and buildup. In between just scrub them well.

Not too long ago there seemed to have been a heckuvalot more
attention surrounding TUF Shine's Tire Cleaner than there is presently.

Because of its cost(?)...
Many folks say they'll use relatively less expensive APC's, like M101/103...
or a degreaser like M108...for the "initial-couple" of tire cleaning sessions.

Then it's: TufShine's Tire Cleaner to finish-up the job...
Especially when TufShine's Tire Clearcoat is to be applied.

Of course:
-Depends on the level of tire-cleanliness you so desire/require. And:
-YMMV. Or (as always):
-To be taken with a grain of salt.
