I acquired two boat details this morning. The majority of my product line is meguiars. Is there any products of theirs I shouldn't use on a boat?

I can't think of any. I've always used my car detailing stuff for boats without a problem. If the boats are the type that have any wood trim or ladders etc that isn't sealed just be careful around them as wax etc can sometimes stain the wood. You can tell if its sealed with just plain water. Get it wet and if it gets darker then it's not sealed.

If the boat is gelcoat, I'd recommend these two products with a rotary and wool pad. They will blow everything else out of the water.

Depending on the condition, a strong marine compound if med/high oxidation, I have problems sometimes with heavy marine compounds drying on neglected boats, the gel-coat will just suck up most car products (have to work harder/use excess product $$). Once the oxi is removed and compounded, car products should be fine or if the boat is already in fair condition. I don't know every auto product out there, some do specify it can be used in gel-coat.
