Hi guy's my question is a 2013 Ford F-150 one week off the
truck, how long should we wait until a clay, light polish/cleaner and sealant. For some reason a couple of months of cure time come to mind, am I correct. Thanks TimFeed back please

There is no cure window for factory paint. That paint was baked hard on the line before anything but metal was on that truck.

I'm guessing you mean,

Your truck is just one week off the shipping truck, as in the truck is brand new and just delivered to the dealership where you bought it?

If that's the case, then like Mike aka Setec Astronomy said, the paint is completely cured, hardened and bullet-proof, (as much as paint can be bullet-proof), and you're completely safe to polish and wax as soon and as much as you like...

Even when paint is only a few days old it's safe to pour and rub all kinds of chemicals over it... the trick is to know which chemicals to use.
