Folex and BMW?

Hey everyone, I Just discovered that the rear seat in my 325i comes out. Upon taking the seat out I found a disaster.

I know the white part of the foam is most likely per neatly stained. But I would like to know if the folex carpet cleaner will damage the leather if any over spray gets on it? I would be using the folex and a bissel carpet cleaner on the black part that is stained.

If its leatherette it probably won't but I'm not sure, I should try this in my bimmer later.

I swore for some reason this would be about a person with a BMW and fake Rolex..

Folex will not hurt the leather if you get some on it. I've been using for years and it has never stained or ruined anything I have gotten it on.
