Regarding Lake Country CCS Pads

I have two questions in regard to the LC CCS pads.

1.) Is the pink ccs pad available in 5.5" size?

2.) Upon receiving my pads, the green pad "dusted" when I brushed my hand over the face of the pad. Is this typical? None of the other colors did that.
