I'm looking to replace some OTC interior cleaner that I've finally used up. It needs to be able to handle vinyl and carpet upholstery for small stains.

I've been looking at the DP Total Interior Cleaner (http://www.autogeek.net/dp340.html) but I'm wondering what everyone's go-to is. I've also thought about just using D103 diluted down to 10:1.

Thanks AGO!

Depends on your budget. Also are you planning on buying this to use on your personal car or are you running a detailing business?

Mobile business. Looking for something that will lessen the time I'm spending in the interior. Something I can use on small upholstery stains and for dash/door panel prep for dressing. I don't want to lug around 3 or 4 bottles for different surfaces. I do use a dedicated leather cleaner and conditioner so I'm not too worried about that.

Optimum hyper dressing. 5 oz. In a 32 oz. Bottle with 3 oz. Of APC+. You can clean and dress the interior at the same time. I don't use it on leather though I use optimum protecting plus for that. Goes on quickly and requires very little removal.

What is Optimum Hyper Dressing? Did you mean Meg's?

You're not worried about protection, right? If that's the case, dilute D103 at 1:10. DP Total Interior Cleaner is awesome, but too expensive for a full time detailer, IMO.

The only downside is you can only use it on synthetic leather. I don't know if that's the same as finished leather?

Doesn't modern finished leather have a clear coating, so does it really matter?

I have a dedicated leather cleaner and conditioner so I'm not worried about leather. Is there any way I can mix a few oz of CG VRP with 10:1 D103 or am I getting crazy mixing chemicals?

It does, but I'm not sure what CG refers to as "synthetic leather"? Do they mean finished leather?

I think the new bottle says it can be used on leather door panels wheras the old bottle did not?
