Has anybody tried one? Seems reasonably priced and my snapon dealer said he could hook me up at about 30% off. Looking to hear people's opinions. ETB1580B, Polisher, Electric, Angle, 11.0 Amps, 7" (http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=power&item_ID=746637&group_ID=675207&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog)

It's a SnapOn brand?

I used to have a black SnapOn one was given to me. Got lost when family moved. Probably in the garage somewhere.

For that price why not get a Dewalt or Flex? Your still going to have to buy the adapters, pads, chemicals etc... So if you don't already have it just get a kit IMO

At 8 lbs. you won't have to go to the gym. You will soon have Popeye arms.:buffing:

I love how one of the "features" is: lightweight for less user fatigue. LMAO. There are better options IMHO. 849x and newer Makita RB's are both ~6.5ish lbs and can be had for less than SnapOn's listed price if you shop around (or wait for a special from AG).

Well I have owned a PC7424 for about 9 years now and want something that will cut faster. My pads stop spinning on my PC too easily. I have all the pads and stuff.

I'm biased to the Flex PE14 all the way. Lightest, very nimble, awesome trigger unit. Excellent control.

Although the bumble bee and the Mikita are great options too!

Might be good to call AG and talk to their customer service too before you place your order.
