As a beginner.

I have obtained a polisher and a pad/backing set from AG.

Can a starting point for learning to use this polisher be to apply and remove sealant or wax?

I have an assortment of pads. What speed on my PC to apply sealant.

I also have a sheep skin pad. Should I use this the way it is or by a cover to remove sealant?

Thanks.

To apply speed 2-3. I use a microfiber towel to remove.

Same here, I used a LC black/gray ( looks black to me ) and speed 2 with no pressure at all.

Any recommendation on pad color?

I have the autogeek lake country kit...

Thanks

If you want to use your new tool go ahead and spread some wax. Keep in mind spreading an LSP is completely different from doing correction work. As far as pad choice, if I used a machine to apply wax or sealant I would choose black or blue or red. Either one will work just fine.

A blue or red soft foam pad will work nicely for applying either sealants or wax....:props:
