Hi all, I am looking for a good, effective, long lasting and affordable deodorant to add into my next purchase list. I wonder what is everyone using now as an easy application to rid bad odors in car. Now I understand the ultimate solution is to use a steamer or ozone matching. I cannot afford that at this stage.

Few things that come into my mind:
Dakota Odor Bomb Car Odor Eliminator:
Dakota Odor Bomb - Car odor bombs for smoke odor removal, pet odor removal and more for a clean, refreshing scent! (http://www.autogeek.net/odor-bomb-car-fogger.html)

and

Chemical Guys Stripper Scent
Chemical Guys Stripper Scent Premium Air Freshener 16 oz. (http://www.autogeek.net/chemical-guys-stripper-scent-air-freshener.html)

Both seem to be very powerful deodorant to my limited knowledge. I wonder if any one had any experience with either of these can tell me how do you think?

I am aware the issue odor bomb can cause, I wonder if anyone used that as a "spray-on" deodorant (so just few sprays ea application rather than use the entire can) and still have good result? Or anyone used the sttrper. is it really be that powerful (since it is listed as a refreshener) and long-lasting?

Or any other recommends?

Thanks

+1 for cg stripper scent, doesn't your nose gets used to it after a couple days but makes the car smell good and eliminates odor a bit, nothing extreme like eliminatimg smoke but its good
The honeydew , orange, green apple scents smell good also!

When saw the topic I was going to recommend degree 6 pack from amazon.com.

We are on different topics :D.

For car I like the CG stripper and also one of my favorites Is Duragloss Absorb-It Odor Eliminator #371 (http://www.autogeek.net/duragloss-absorb-it-odor-eliminator.html).

Lol if you want personal deodorant recommendations you gotta try the mineral salt stones. They work 10x better than any other deodorant and won't stain shirts and free of all the cancer chemicals and they last for days if you miss a shower or two.

That's what I thought when I first seen the OP'S thread.lol

Stripper scent smells great but doesn't last very long, I like the CG new car scent, now that stuff lasts awhile compared to stripper scent.

I use CG stripper scent too. I've ordered Gliptone leather scent from U.K. but still expecting the shipment.

I didn't know this. I always have trouble staining my shirts. I don't know of its the deodorant or I'm the problem. I'm definitely going to try out the mineral salt stones next.

CarPro So2Pure. Its hard to describe how awesome this stuff is. At first it sort of has a lemon-metallic scent. Once the photocatalyst effect occurs there is no more smell. The car simply smells clean.
