Looked at a 1968 Camaro Z28 style restored and painted last year with PPG paint and 5 coats of Dupont clearcoat
Painter wet sanded and polished out car with a rotary.
I inspected today with my Brinkman and only found 5 light scratches on whole car which could easily be corrected with a light polish at these small spots and paint doesnt feel like it even needs claying.
My first thought before seeing car was to wash, clay,Blackfire AIO,followed by Blackfire Wet Diamond
After inspecting ,no swirls,no surface contaminents felt,no buffer trails.
I am thinking maybe just wash and seal with BFWD.
This is a high end beautiful paintjob and yes I am even nervous about using clay bar on it.
I have done some soft black paints and hard white paints, but the caliber of this paint is way above anything I have touched before.
Paint was just done last year and car is stored inside a container.
Any advice would be appreciated, sorry no pics yet ,just looked at 1 hour ago.
