Hi everyone,
my name is Marelis De La Cruz, I go by Mel. I am a 20yr active duty Air Force Enlisted member working as a recruiter, soon to be retired 123 days to go. I am excited to say that I have opened up a detailing business. My husband and I are new to the detailing business. I have always love cars and done some body work when I was a child with my Dad, never loss the interest. Now, that I am an owner/operator I am like a sponge gathering as much information to assure I can maintain fast top quality service as you all demonstrated. I look forward in learning from you all. Thank you and have a great day.

Whats up folks?

I've been lurking around for a bit and figured I would go ahead and register.

I'm STRONGLY researching/thinking of starting to detail part time with the ambition to make it a full time job. Just have been in IT for 16 years and am to the point of hating it. Would rather do something more enjoyable and be my own boss for a change.

Anyways, huge Mustang fan. Not really into the whole Ford vs Chevy thing...just a car guy who fell in love with the Mustangs.
I've had a 1969 fastback (which I wish I still had), a modded 82GT, modded 95GT, 03 and 01 Cobra. Current Mustang is a 2011 GT which is a nice happy medium between my old 69 FB and 03 Cobra (which were two of my favorite one).

Anyways, sorry for being so chatty. Looking forward to learning more around here.

Well, crap...considering the member above me did the same thing, I thought this was just a "universal" introduction post.

I apologize.
