With all this talk about M101,M105 M205 and Men's, what about CC V polishes and compounds? Any feedback on this?

V36 is good. That's all I know

I ordered the sample pack of all 4 and I am impressed. Tried them out on a never before polished 2005 Chevy Equinox with rock hard clear... I didn't take pics but they performed very well and NO dusting and long work time. I used B&S 5.5" MF pads on PCXP and the correction was astonishing.

They look interesting. If I'm not impressed with the Rupes polishes I just ordered, I'm giving the V-line a shot.

I've heard mixed reviews and a general sense of wariness regarding the line. I think a few comparisons exist but I'm not sure on that

Other than no dusting and great smell they suck. I don't like their series at all. I owned the 16 oz sizes before those sampke sizes came out. I regret ever buying them

Barely any cut. Stick to menz or a different polish brand.

As a side note...

The whole Rupes hype machine led many people to believe their pads and polishes must be as good as their polishers, and that to get the most out of their system you have to buy all three.

Not.

As far as polishes go for working on crazy soft and finicky paint, the only new comer on the market that is actually worth the hype are the Sonax polishes but are they worth the ridiculous price? Perhaps.

The challenge for most detailers Is being able to do a one-step on soft paint which up until now was just about impossible. Sonax perfect finish can get you 90% correction that is LSP ready with one product in one step so in my opinion ...it deserves the attention it's getting.

The CG polishes seem to be making strides but the bar is set really high right now.

I like the v36 and v38 alot. Menz does not play well with my paint for some reason. It is like trying to wipe off concrete after doing a section no matter how long i work it how little I use. I never had this issue with any other car. So I stopped using Menz Power finish and 85rd. The V line since they are water based wipe off real easy and work real well.
