"Prima Hydro MAX is essentially a spray version of Hydro Seal. It is as easy to use as a quick detail spray but it provides the durability of a traditional sealant."

If that's the case, BOTTA BING!!!!

I saw it under AG's new products!

ordered yesterday! cant wait to try it. i have been on the prima system for over a month now and love the stuff.

1. used amigo to prep the paint
2. a few coats of hydro seal
3. hydro wax as u dry to maintain it

the xterra never looked better. now with hydro max, that really made my day.

Costly but if it lasts as long as it claims it should be well worth it.

Wonder if there is a big differnce between this product and say Opti-Seal, Crystal Seal, Liquid Seal etc.

Every single Prima product I've ever used has been fantastic. Amigo is easily one of my favorite pre-wax/AIO's. Will definitely give Hydro Max a try.

Just got this email from Nick@Prima

"Mark,
I would say you are pretty safe with 4-6 months. It just depends on how much the car gets washed, what weather you are driving in and what they use on the roads.

Nick"

That's very good for a SPRAY & WIPE sealant!! Can be used as a standalone LSP for sure! I'm gonna order some right now.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think any review of Hydro Seal can serve as a proxy, with the difference being easier application in this spray format. So I guess you could just call this Hydro Seal spray, and I think longevity and gloss should remain the same. A minority of Hydro Seal users had some difficulty with the application, so now that should be solved.
