What is the most money you've ever spent on a wax or sealant? Most I've spent was/is $30 for Menzerna Power Lock. And right after the first use, I bought 2 more bottles, lol.

I was on Adam's Polishes and they have some new $250 concours wax. I don't understand these prices. Even CG has that Project J97 for, what... $1000?? The MPL makes my paint look great and gives it a glow and it's 30 beans a bottle. I just don't understand outrageously priced wax. Even when they demo it, I see no difference between the expensive sh!t and MPL, carnuaba, whatever.

The most I spend was a GTechniq EXO kit. Think it was about $150. Or maybe it was Permanon Aircraft.

I spent 150 on bf wet ice kit but that was wax, sealant, detail spray and a couple of mf towels. But the wax alone is supposed to cost $80 so if we broke it down I guess $80. I am happy w the purchase and happy w the results so worth it to me.

Wolgang Fuzion Wax 8 ozs in wooden case can't remember the price I've paid for but nearly $100.00. I've spent $40.00 for 16 ozs Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. I'm happy with my purchases. The wax seems expensive but you have to consider that a FREE refill is included in the price.

Most I spent was Fuzion. Paid regular price with 15% off. I think about $200-$250 is my limit for an LSP. Some I plan on acquiring in the next year or so in this range or less are:

1. AF Illusion or Spirit
2. Bouncers Vanilla Ice
3. BF Montan Wax & Sealant
4. Zymol Sampler #2
5. RaceGlaze 55

On one hand it does seem like a lot of money. On the other hand, there are worse things I could do with my money.

Very true, in the bold.

I just bought the Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner and lug brush combo, lol. I won't really need to use the cleaner on my wheels, but my girlfriend's car could use a good washing and her wheels are the greatest test for a wheel cleaner, lol.

I've probably spent $1000 at the most on all my detailing products in the past year or so. I'm overestimating, though.

Opti-Coat and Wolf's Hard Body. $60 and $55.

Have Fuzion but bought it during the $100 VIP and used a GC I won in a contest, so technically didn't pay for it.

i trade to get my waxes.. but if i had a limit i would say arounf 150-200 range. ONLY if i have a good clientele that i can justify the cost. i wont buy something like that for just my cars.

I remember thinking that going to auto zone and spending 15 bucks on some wax was enough and 18 was too much. Wow, I had no idea what so ever I'd typically spend 40 dollars or more at least 15 times over. I try not to think about what I've spent. Since I got into this over the winter, I have yet to use more than half of what I bought. So far the most expensive was 50 dollars but I have a few of those. Sometimes I see the 100 dollar waxes and say hmmmmm. You guys on this site are a bad influence. LOL

Bouncers Vanilla Ice $80

Corey threw in a $7 MF towel I wasn't expecting plus I put the used foam applicator under my seat for a great air freshener! When the sun heats up the interior the Vanilla Iced pad re releases it's sweetness
