Has anyone found a great carpet cleaner to remove coffee stains etc from all colors. I used a product from malco that worked wonders that removed gum, lipstick coffee stains but the since discontinued it.

+1 folex. works at least 90% of the time. I clean the upholstery with my hot water extractor. After the fabric has mostly dried (if the coffee stain wasn't removed by the extractor) I lightly mist with folex at full strength and begin blotting or rubbing with a white cotton towel. Coffee stains tend to wick back up and every few minutes as the fabric is drying you may need to very lightly blot or wipe with a cotton towel.

IMO coffee doesn't respond well to extreme heat or oversaturation of cleaning product or water. Steaming a coffee stain will bake it in worse.

Folex is good and can be found locally. GTechniq W2 mixed 7:1 worked better for me. Folex seemed to be more of a spot treatment.

Another vote for Folex. Have had nothing but good luck with it.
