So I just picked up a VX5000 Steamer from Renny's Attention To Details business, and I am curious...does the steamer now replace OPC in terms of cleaning the Interior (dash, door panels, seat belts, center console)??

The steamer CAN replace the use of OPC or it can be used in addition to the cleaner. The idea of a vapor steamer is to replace chemicals with environmental friendly steam. I use both. There is little I have found that steam can't handle.

Also, the steamer can be used on wheels, engine, leather, or to remove leftover wax residue from previous detailer :)

I detailed a car today and used my new Mytee steamer on the wheels/rims and for the first time i didnt have to use any type of wheel cleaners. Just a rag to wipe out the residue left from the steamer is all thats needed...I did also use a wheel woolie to agitate the barrels

Doug, what was your process on the wheels?
