Arg! Spring is here along with pollen and sap. What's the quickest method to remove with the minimal impact on the wax?

For the pollen>>>wash.

The sap etc.>>>Turpentine, kerosene works well.

Almost ANYTHING that will remove tree sap will also remove the wax.

I have the same issue :( although I just use some quick detailer and that usually does the trick

The wax is your sacrificial lamb. Even if you're able to remove the sap immediately, it's best to follow up with another light coat of wax as soon as convenient.
