Pulling the trigger on steam here in the next couple of day as a lot of my customers have asked about it/for it.

Was wondering if anybody has experience the Mytee Firebird Steamer as its the one I've been eyeballing for about a week now, & can't find any reviews on it. My budget is 400 so it fits, and I can't afford the VX5000 if someone asks ;p

Havent really herd of it.. but, some people have said the steamer from HF was okay, so i can only imagine a steamer at the $400 range will be good enough as well

but, the vx5000 is probably (imo) entry level (as far as pricing goes) quality steamer.. if that makes sense?

Yeah it makes sense haha, I mean I could go with the McCulloch steamer I guess but.. is the Mytee Firebird worth the extra $$$? I know the VX5000 is going to be better, but I just don't have the extra 4-500 in my budget.

I bought the Mytee firebird and Im amazed at the power of steam for detailing.
It blasts brake dust and dirt off wheels unlike anything I have used.
One of the best things I have ever added to my detailing line with the exception of the Tornador which is a close 2nd.

Honestly, I hate my vx5000. I know you're not considering it due to price, but I'd go with the McCulloch. It was like $99 at Lowe's. The McCulloch does everything the vx does.

Not familiar with the Mytee Firebird. Post a review once you use it.

Good news! I just got back from the supermarket with a gallon of distilled water and will be doing a full Rayview on the Mytee Firebird VS1500 Vapor Steamer.

I'll try to be as unbiased as possible, although I've already seen the magic the Firebird can perform at Mike Phillip's January 26th & 27th 2013 Detailing Boot Camp. :)
