AG PLEASE HELP!!! Answer the phone!! Or emails

I made 2 orders Friday evening and tried to change them Saturday morning because they were still pending.
Something went wrong instead of changing it they made the changes more orders now what was 1 $290 order and 1 $60 order is 1 $290 order 1 $60 order and about 4 other $50 to $60 orders.

I've sent 3 emails this weekend explaining I want to make changes and over 6 this morning in reply to received emails from ag saying thank u for the order

And no one will answer the phone.. I need help!!!

Our phones were off all weekend because of Detail Fest.

It would be great if AG's order screen would allow you to cancel an order that is still in Pending status.
