Applying Opti-Coat with Carpro Block and Suede Micro Fibers?

I have heard a good way to apply Opti-Coat is with the Carpro block and suede microfibers.

Would the block and MF's that came with my DLUX kit work? The block is the "Standard" Cquartz applicator (3.5" x 1.5" x 1") and it came with four 4" x 4" suede microfibers.

Do I need the bigger block and applicators? The bigger Cquartz applicator is (4" x 2.5" x 1") and the bigger suede micros are 8" x 8".

I have super soft paint and heard this was the way to go over the foam applicators.

I use foam applicators on every car with out a problem.
