If you have a cell phone and have someone at home with a spare remote for your car you can open it.
You have to find the reciver for the remote which is on the dash most of the time.
Hold your cell phone as close to the car reciver as you can and have the person with the spare remote press it holding it next to their phone.

OK everyone outside to try it :)

One thing I didn't know is you can go to the local dealer and have a key made from the vin number. I recently locked my keys in my work truck. They were the only set. It was an old truck so I tried to move the unlock switch with my bucket handle but couldn't get it to move. I was close to home so search on line for some info on going in through the window. I read about the vin number thing and called the dealer. They would have made the key but only for 1990 and up and mine was an 88. Having spend enough time I just paid pop a lock $40. I also made a back up set of keys.

ive had to take apart my door to replace my door actuator twice in my durango, one in front one in back, there is no way that could work
