Anyone have a intake sheet/checklist/work performed sheet template/go-by they can email me? Rather than starting from scratch I would like to get some ideas on what others are using. Basic customer info, car info, damage checklist, exterior work, interior work, extras, sign here........etc.

Thanx in advance.

Not a contract but this might work as a check list. I have Adobe Acrobat pro so I can edit out their number and info

Fwiw you might want to look into getting custom ones made for your business. That's the path I'm taking since the default ones you find online don't seem to cover everything us detailers would like.

The one I sending everyone is a pre-check in form. Its covers what your doing, price, and if there is any damage to the car in side and out. The customers signs off on it and they get a copy. Its not a check list my check list is a painted white board on the wall of my shop so I don't waste paper. I hand wright a list on the white board for ever car I do since ever car is different.
