I'm in need of some new tires for my 01 Pathfinder. I was thinking of getting some General Grabber AT2. However, all of my driving is "on road". Why do I want them? Well, because they look great of course. Also, they get good reviews, wear well, and are fairly inexpensive.

Is this a bad idea for an "on road" vehicle?

Thanks, I would give you a call but I can't talk now on the phone. That's pretty much all the motivation I need to order them. They look easier to Tuff Shine than my Bridgestones.

I got them on my f150 a month or so ago...got about 1,000 miles on them. Great in the snow, bit of road noise in town more than the Goodyears it came with, but not bad. I give them a thumbs up and for the price you get another 10K of mileage out them.

Look very similar to the BFG that I had on my 150 prior to my Toyo's now ..... great tire I believe that the GF's father has them on one of his trucks and he likes them.

But make no mistake see right there at the top near the tread those little patterns .... those my friend are a PITA to dress lol unless you are using a spray but we all know we don't use spray because it get's on your car!

He might use a product on these new tires to assist in the dressing/cleaning departments...
