Hi everyone,
First off - a million thank yous to Mike and rest of the members here who share so much information and hard-earned real world experience!
I'm not a pro detailer, just a weekend warrior wanting to keep our cars looking great. This forum has been really helpful, but there is so much great information here, it is a bit overwhelming, but I'm learning a lot.
I remember the old days, I would get a bucket of soapy water, wash the car with a sponge, dry it with regular old towels, and maybe once a year, put on a coat of Turtle wax, I seem to remember that product left behind a ton of dust. We have definitely come a LONG way...
