Wolfs is a nano bond to the wheel not sure if you can remove it. I use it all the time and love it but I have never tried to remove it. The only way to remove it might be using an acid base product.

AGO forum member swanicyouth conducted quite an extensive test
to determine, among other things, what chemicals/solvents would be most effective
in/for the removal/"stripping" of different LSP's in the following thread:

This product was the winner!!:

Meg's Chrome Wheel Cleaner:

"This stuff is corrosive. I forget wether its acidic or basic, but I'm sure this will kill it.
This is their OTC "spray and rinse" or "no touch" wheel cleaner.
This is the stuff that burns you skin if you don't wear gloves".

***Please use caution!(For yourself, and your wheels)

Also:
Is the Wolf's product on your wheels a sealant or an actual Coating (like Opti-Coat 2.0, CQuartz, etc)?

Some actual Coatings must be polished-off.
