office park detailing

Was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting into office parks for bulk detailing?

1.How you got in?
2.How often you visit
3. What are your rates as most of the people just get your car wash packages?
4. Do you have a sign up sheet that you drop off to your office park contact so you know the work load upon visit?
5.Anything else you might want to add?

I currently service 1 office park every 2 weeks and would like to get into 6 office parks eventually on a every 2 or 3 week visit.

There was an outfit that came into my office park before I started workkng there. One of the girls I work with said they were there every other week and all they did was park outside and people came up to them and they were pretty much always busy. You have to watch advertising in some of the businesses in office parks because of "no soliciting" rules. I think they said they were charging like $80-$100 but it was a half ass job.

One of the offices I worked at had a customer inside who worked with us and she handled the sign up sheet in exchange for free washes.
