Getting ready to put in an order. Whats your thoughts on Duragloss 253 vs 321? Besides one being non silicone based. I don't like too much a shiney look but I want good protection to the rubber.

I have DG#321 (Non Silicone Tire Dressing). Tried it for the first time on my tires, 2 weeks ago. Exact date was Apr. 21. Put 2 coats on and then buffed with MF towel. It's still looking good, even after 2 rainstorms. 1 week ago, I just touched up some areas around the outer edge of the tire and also close to the rim, by just spraying #321 on a MF and wiping it over the area.
It's not shiney at all. Gives more of a satin gloss. Here's a couple of pics that I took Apr. 21. Have not tried #253. I use #321 for my Explorer trim & side mirror housing too.

What's up with the wheel weights ??????????
See if you can get them to use tape weights on the inside of the wheel only.

If you live in a area with salt it will take the finish off the wheel under the weight, had it happen to me.

Hey! Leave my wheels alone! :D
LOL Yeah! It bugs me too when I see almost 4 weights in a row!! Got my BFGs cheap at BJ's. They did the mounting/balancing. Free rotations every 6K miles. I know they don't use tape weights. I'm getting my Routine scheduled maintenance at the stealership soon. Was thinking of getting my tires re-balanced. Maybe they'll have tape weights?
Yes, I live in a high salt usage area, in the winter.

The price is right at BJ's but they lack a little on the "Skill Set's"

Try to find a place with a newer Hunter Road Force machine.
It can even tell them which weight's to put behind each spoke so you cannot see them at all.

Nice 321 looks very good and its the look I like. Very clean and not greasy looking.

The tire dressings offered by DG are very good...they last and water just rolls off them...I like the 321 and the 253 for tires...as they give more of the matte new tire look....also 321 works great on interior plastics like dash...doors...any plastics....even trim...

281 gives the wet look but not the greasy feel...I use this at times on my front black plastic bumper...and it gives it a nice look...plus seems like the bugs just rinse off so easy...

last year I went thru 7 days of straight rain with 281 on the front grill/bumper and 321 on the tires...and no streaking and water just rolled off...after the rain they looked like they were just applied...
