Hello, I finished Polishing a VW Tiguan 2010,
The Car ( Black colored ) Was in really really bad condition for it's age...
No detail jobs in from the first day bought, washed with a car wash machine... TONS of swirls and scratches from many different things...
I just got my Flex 3401 Polisher, Gave that car some of it's life back, And applied some wax for protection. :dblthumb2:

Now for the photos: :Picture: !!! Before & After Im the MAN

Finished Hood:

Used with :
Meguiars 101 Compound - 1 step Only.
Polish Angel Master Finishing Polish - 1 Step Only.

And yes, I only Cleaned the hood, Nothing else, Only as a test... and the "Hole" at the top left was already there.

There are some More HARD scratches there, No swirls... :buffing:

So What Do you guys think? :)

I'd say those results say you did quite a good job... especially for your first run:xyxthumbs:

what is the dent from in the top left ?

That dent was there before I even started... Very funny to know... I thought I did it, but I looked on the Before pictures and saw it there... so much scratches...
Tried to lift it back but it's kinda stuck there... don't want to be too aggressive...

Remember this was Only 1 Step... I didn't want to do anymore then 1 step... But this car needed at least another coat of Compound...

^This.

You listed 2 steps, not 1.

But it looks good.

For the first time out I think you did a darn nice job! If you look closely at the after photos it's easy to see how much of a positive impact your polishing made...:props:

I definitely feel there's a future in detailing for you!! :dblthumb2:

Nice job. I work for VW and their paint is very forgiving and you can work it pretty hard before you have a problem.

thank you all for your comments!
and thank you bobby, and yes I did 2 steps, BUT what I meant was I needed to do about 2 Steps of compound for that car...
It has too much deep scratches...
I love detailing... So yeah... There is a good chance for a detailing future =) :xyxthumbs:
