After finishing Rennys book I realized I was making some mistakes on the business end of things. I redid my website, mainly the Service Menu which is something Renny really stresses. It's funny how one year ago I was the new guy with the low prices and now I charge more than anyone around(there are very few mobile guys in my area) me.

Take a look at the site and let me know what you think. I'm looking for feedback and any mistakes you may find not only on the Auto Services page but any problems you see on any other pages. Thanks.

Every Detailer, whether in business or aspiring to be in business, needs to read Renny Doyle's book. Also pick up Mike Phillip's book. It too is full of insight and goodies.

I have read Mike Phillips book before Renny's book. Mike's is great if you want to make the outside of your car look great. Renny's is great if you want to make the inside of your wallet look great.

Mike very nice streamlined and clearer. 2 Q's for ya.

It says Opti-Coat starts at $429. I'm sure it includes a full detail for prep w/ paint correction prior to the Opti-Coating but it wasn't clear to me on the website.

Also your $30 surcharge didn't seem that clear to me. You stated a Camery or Accord was the base size and anything larger was +$30. For example would a 4 door Ford Tarus be a +$30 charge?

Looks great, but think the menu should be on the left. That's what most of your end-users would be use to and where the eye gravitates. Unless you have other reasons.just my two cents.

You are correct on the Opti on a new car(less than 1 tear old) that is an installed price including prep. Anything older would be quoted by the car.

Also I went and fixed the $30 surcharge issue(I think) I removed reference to Camry's and accords.

I like it, I'm doing the same from the book, more or less.

BTW, the right nav isn't too big of a deal, in my opinion. I've owned a web development company for about 15 years. While many will expect the left or top nav, it's pretty easy to find where it is. I checked it on my iphone as well, and the spacing makes it easy to select.

My wife is a graphic designer and she did it. She is all about balance and optical center and other stuff I don't understand. I let her do her thing. Thanks for the input.
