How to delete a photo form my photo collection

After I upload a picture into my photo album on autogeek how do I delete it?

Two options that I've used.
PM a mod, they'll handle it when the opportunity presents, or go to your gallery, click on the image. Then click on the photo options near right top of that page, then edit photo, then use browse fuction to replace photo with another.

I did option number 2 and it still leaves the original picture up until you click on it then it changes to the new one I uploaded. Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks! It just took the forum gallery a few hours to recognize the change in pictures. I got it right now. Thank you for your help!
