Anyone heard of this???

I bought a couple of bottles of the Intiminator several years back and I'm finally running out, I purchased this stuff at the peterbilt dealership in the parts department, I was wondering has anybody heard of this stuff?

They no longer carry it and I have been looking but no luck.
