What do i need to go with my pads?

I kbow how to clean on the fly using a terry cloth towel. But what do i need to be buy to clean the pads. How do i use it? Also, would like some info about the pad conditioner.

I use APC to clean my foam pads. Spray some apc on pads rub it in and rinse under worm water or you can sock in water and apc if there really dirty.
