So I have been trying to research Vacuberms and how i might be able to make one. I have a spare vac and hose. Any ideas as to materials to use?

One of our Canadian members used this last year: Firestone PondGard EPDM Pond Liner, 5x25, 40 mil - product summary - Bing Shopping (http://www.bing.com/shopping/firestone-pondgard-epdm-pond-liner-5x25-40-mil/p/CBA6BE1A1926EC772311?q=pond+liner&lpf=0&lpq=pond%2bliner&FORM=CMSMGR)

That would be good for a mat, but i am really interested in a vacuberm, easier and very little set up.

No clue...gotta google it. Piqued my curiosity.

Edit: Silt fencing as one component?

I have really searched and i can not find any info on how they are made or how to make one. At least something that works well enough to suck up the water without any debris.
