I am trying to look for a single house with 2-car-garage with reasonably price but it is a little difficult mostly because of budget. and I detail cars at least one day a week during my 2days off.
I do not want to look for a townhouse because the machine noise will probably disturb neighbours.
if you have past experience can you share with me the scenario with detailing in a townhouse style community. assume that the owner do not mind about that as I only do it once a week and it is on a weekday instead of weekend.
