What kind of seats?
If they are leather I used CG Leather Cleaner and it worked great with a little agitation. Then followed up with the matching conditioner.

Carpet - haven't used it yet due to weather but Folex gets lots of recommendations here. Available at HD or maybe Lowes. About $6 for a large bottle.

folex or Optimum power clean...just make sure to rinse the powerclean out.

The other great product for interior cleaning is Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel and requires no rinsing.

For deep cleaning fabric, I like Megs APC+. Cheap, smells good and works very well. I pre-treat with 20-1 then use only water in my carpet cleaning machine as a rinse. For tough spots 5-1.
