One of my co workers was trying to clean the inside of her windshield and lightly scratched the interior glass. How would one go about correcting this ?

If the scratch is deep not much really. Here is a glass kit you can buy but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Any polishing with a rotary on the inside of the car is going to be a pain in the ass. And I highly recommend you practice on a different piece of glass to get the hang of the glass pads before jumping straight to the windshield because you can cause more damage than fix anything.

they are very minor, can't feel them. You can only see them in direct sunlight and on the inside. I was thinking of using a light polishing compound by hand.

You will need cerium oxide to remove light scratches on glass.
