Recently Got My Foam Cannon And have a bottle of Chemical Guys Wash&Gloss ,
How many Oz of CG W&G is safe to use in the 34oz canister on the foam cannon without stripping the Protection?
And how much will it take to strip it ?
TIA

I had the SAME EXACT question...
all of the answers were the same... too bad, I was disappointed...
"Chemical guys Citrus wash and gloss" Is too harsh, and will strip paint even with a very small amount... there is no safe way.
I've moved on to Glossworkz which is amazing.
Hope this helped, I figured you're talking about Citrus wash & gloss..

You can calculate PIR (panel impact ratio) by measuring how much liquid the psi washer dispenses (total) to empty the foam bottle. Then, once you know that volume, use a ratio of 1 ounce to 5 gallons to get a safe dilution ratio. Bilt Hamber recommends this for their snow foam.

I use 2 oz to 30 oz in a 1.2 gpm pressure washer pretty safely on lsps
Mr.pink, gloss works and maxi suds are all high foaming and according to CG perform great with the cannon.
They might be more gentle with the LSP than wash n gloss.
Sonic knows more about it tho. He should know the correct dilution to prevent stripping of the lsp.

Yeah. I've tried using Wash and gloss in my foam gun in so many dilutions, but it always strips the LSP. I only use wash and gloss when using buckets, and DG901 with the foam gun.
