Just completed the hood of my 3 week old 2013 Passat with xmt 360 and all I have to say is "WOW!"

This stuff is so easy to use and looks awesome after its been worked! I've had this bottle since the summer and I have just now opened it (weather has been nasty since here in Houston since I purchased the veedub). My Passat is coming along great. Just wanted to share my first impression.. :-)

Alright, now it's back to work! More pics to come after I'm done. 15141

Looks really good, did you use that 600jr to buff it off?

Finished the car just as the sun went down. I'll take some pictures tomorrow in the daylight and post up.

All finished! It may have been overkill, but I decided to put a layer of Megs 26 on it (makes me feel better about my end result). I found an area at the top of the left rear quarter panel that I either missed or didn't cover as well with xmt so I decided to just top it with some megs.

The sun wasn't cooperating too well, so with that in mind... Picture time!

Accidentally submitted a little soon before I could add the pictures "in line" with the above thread!

Final inspection by my little helper!

She approves!

All that's left is that I want to go back and clean my wheel wells since I didn't do it yesterday (knew I needed to get started buffing or risk running out of daylight) and vacuum to get a small amount of dirt out.

Anyways, the end! :buffing:

Looks great. So how much does that "little helper charge"?

Not much, just food and love.
